Frequently Asked Questions

We show up as long as you don't cancel.  Rain or shine, we are coming.  We have accommodations for rainy days like our tents and turf. 

Guest are welcome to sit with our animals in their laps, we do not advise picking up and walking around with them, as they can become scared and possibly scratch trying to scurry away. 

We offer pony rides for various riders, however, the weight limit is based on the pony that the host has reserved.  Our weight limits include under 50lbs, 70lbs, and 200lbs for our larger horses. 

Yes, we offer discounts for seniors, military, and returning customers. 

Yes, our animals have routine checkups where they are given necessary vaccines and preventative-care. 

We do not give refunds for cancellations.  We allow our customers to use their deposits for up to a year for any service that the refund covers.  *Refunds are distributed for major incidents caused by our team.
